The NHTOA, in conjunction with its partners at the University of New Hampshire and UNH Cooperative Extension, provide educational workshops aimed at helping landowners manage their property more scientifically, safely, and economically. Workshops include webinars from tax and timber harvest management experts on the dos and don’ts of harvesting timbering to in-field forestry tours where landowners can learn directly from forest health, forest management, and forest operations experts. The in-field forestry tours and workshops cover topics ranging from tree species management, managing forest pests, safe tree felling and wildlife management.
