Course Content:
Join natural resource professionals and industry specialists for an interactive workshop in the field to hone your skills while learning from professionals at four different stations which include:1. waterbar design, placement and efficiency for erosion control. 2. culvert size, placement and efficiency, 3. wetland indicator species, forested wetlands, and other evidence of wet soils. 4 mitigation of spills on dry land, in ditches, or near water bodies.This program is made possible by grant funding obtained by The Trust to Conserve NE Forestland/Master Logger

What to Bring: Bring a hardhat if you have one. We'll have a few on hand. Wear sturdy shoes and dress to be outside all day.
