The New Hampshire Forest Career Field Day was created to educate junior high (grades 7&8) and high school students about the various careers available in forestry, wildlife, and natural resources.  Through hands-on demonstrations and exhibits provided by individuals and companies from the fields of wood technology, logging, forest and wildlife management, conservation and law enforcement, forest engineering, technology, and sawmill operations, students will be able to gain a greater understanding of the opportunities that may be available to them. This program is a partnership between NHTOA, UNH Cooperative Extension, and the University of New Hampshire Thompson School of Applied Sciences.
